REAL CANADIAN SUPERSTORE
Superstore’s product offering is as diverse as their customer base, which makes them the most inclusive grocery store in Canada. We helped them uncover this truth and transformed a pretty unglamorous megastore brand to a place where literally everyone wants to shop.

THE BAY
We went in-house and helped steer a 350-year-old brand into the uncharted waters of 2023. We came in to shift the customer base from panty-buying old ladies to millennials, which we did through partnerships, owned brands and we even breathed new life into old school events like Bay Days.

TARKA RAINGEAR
It rains a solid half of the year in BC, which makes it hard to enjoy the awesome things people like to do outside. We solved that by designing and manufacturing some gear and built a pretty cool brand around it.

The goal was to shift a dull, semi-governmental sporting brand into something that stood up to the kickass athletes it represented.

When Mia was young and impressionable, she moved to Toronto and worked at Grip and john st. A few years later and perhaps a little less impressionable, she moved back to Vancouver and worked at TBWA, DARE, 123w and at The Bay where she headed up the creative department with Jeremy. She has also run several businesses including outerwear company, Tarka, and audio app, Emmerse. Most recently she’s been coding fine-tuned chatbots using OpenAI’s GPT API.
Jeremy started his career as a automotive mechanic but soon threw in the towel and studied marketing at BCIT. After working as an account manager, he snuck his way into the creative department and spent years sharpening his trade as an art director. He’s worked as a creative director at Spring, 123w and The Bay and is too humble to mention hidden talents like 3D animation, type animation, video editing and music composition.
